2. Add the WhatsApp channel.

3. Select your Open Channel in the dropdown

NOTE: If you want to a new conversation your an existing contact in CRM via WhatsApp: go to CRM -> Select the needed contact -> go to SMS/WhatsApp -> click "more details" and choose "inCRM" service -> Write your message in the "enter SMS message text" field and click "send". After this, a new dialogue in Open Channels will be created so you can contact your customer via WhatsApp with Bitrix24 Open Channels.
