Description
TimelinesAI turns Bitrix24 into your WhatsApp command center. Every WhatsApp conversation your team has — inbound and outbound — appears as activity on the matching CRM contact, deal, or lead. Your team can reply, broadcast, or automate responses directly from inside Bitrix24, on the WhatsApp numbers they already use.


WHAT YOU GET


WhatsApp on every CRM details form. Open a contact, deal, or lead and the full WhatsApp conversation is there in the "WhatsApp" tab. Click "Send WhatsApp" on the toolbar to reply without leaving the CRM.

Multiple WhatsApp numbers, one team inbox. Each agent keeps their own WhatsApp number. The Send WhatsApp toolbar shows an account picker so reps reply from their own line — customer never sees a different number.

Open Channels integration. WhatsApp customers appear in Bitrix24 Contact Center as Open Channels chats. Your support team handles WhatsApp through the same composer they use for Bitrix Live Chat, Telegram, and Instagram.

Bizproc workflow automation. Add the "Send WhatsApp message" robot to any workflow — fire welcomes on contact-create, follow-ups on deal-status-changed, reminders on schedule. Native Bitrix24 Bizproc, no glue code.

Mass-send broadcasts. Send to up to 200 contacts at once from any CRM list — Contacts, Deals, or Leads. Per-recipient delivery status reported back to Bitrix24.
