Simplitalk turns your Bitrix24 Open Channels into automated first-line service: WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, website widget — any channel connected to an Open Channel.

• Send internal notes that only your agents see.
• Hand the conversation to a human queue, or close it, whenever the flow decides.
• Test every change in a built-in simulator before publishing, and keep a history of versions.

HOW IT WORKS
Install and open Simplitalk from the Bitrix24 menu or the Contact Center. You're signed in with your Bitrix24 account. Home shows your Open Channels and which bot answers each one: connect, switch or disconnect in one click. Every new bot starts from a working template that greets the customer and hands the chat to your team — edit it in the visual editor and publish when ready.
The app is available in English, Portuguese and Spanish, with step-by-step tutorials in the Help tab.

Installing the app is free and includes a 14-day free trial with all features. After the trial, a subscription is required to publish bots:
• Start — US$ 20/month — 1 live bot
• Standard — US$ 35/month — up to 2 live bots
• Pro — US$ 60/month — up to 5 live bots
• Enterprise — US$ 100/month — up to 10 live bots
Yearly plans: pay 10 months, get 12 (US$ 200, 350, 600 and 1,000).
Payment is handled inside the app by Stripe. Cancel anytime from the app; the paid period stays valid until it ends. Bots already published keep answering after the trial ends; publishing a new one requires a plan.
TECHNICAL NOTES
• Requires at least one Open Channel. The bot becomes the welcome bot of the lines you choose and only joins new conversations.
• Only Bitrix24 administrators can install and configure the app.
• Permissions requested: CRM, chat bots, chat, Open Channels and application embedding. No user scopes.
• Uninstalling with "delete app data" removes the Bitrix24's Simplitalk account and data.
