Background

We are an international company dedicated to the design, manufacture and sale of underground and semi-underground waste systems holding several patent products.

Challenge

We were initially looking for a platform that would combine a powerful CRM with scalable project management tools and communication solutions. We also wanted it to be cloud-based so that we could use it for remote work.

Solution

Bitrix24 turned out to be the best fit since it suited all of our needs. Using Bitrix24, we have been able to integrate multiple business processes into one platform, especially solutions in tasks, project management, Drive, CRM, and communication.
