Background
Miritel specializes in obtaining official documents for use in processes with regulatory requirements from administrations and institutions. The Miritel.bg platform, which provides electronic reports and documents from state, municipal and private registers to carry out a real estate transaction, became the winner in the PropTech category at the 2023 REAL ESTATE AWARDS.
Challenge
Institutions and administrations have different requirements for issuing documents to individuals and organizations. A person from one location or abroad may have difficulty finding their way to obtain the required document from another location. Combined with different payment methods and delivery options, all this posed a huge problem for many of our clients.
Solution
We created a Regulatory Compliance Management website, that brought together various document types, and synchronized it with Bitrix24 CRM.
Each stage of the process is now defined in Bitrix24: from order creation through authorization to successful delivery of official documents at home and abroad, electronically or on paper.
As a result, we obtained a workspace with clear traceability of the customer service process, automated creation of multiple documents (powers of attorney, applications, etc.), and automated notifications to clients and associates.
As for the communication channels, we utilized Bitrix24's Contact Center that enabled us to receive requests via phone, email, SMS, live chat, and Viber.
