Sales call planning can be divided in several activities. First, phone call scheduling. Most call planning templates are nothing more than Excel spreadsheets, containing phone numbers of people who need to be contacted at a specific time. This inefficient task can fully be replaced by automatic dialers or automatic call schedulers. For example, Bitrix24 can be set up, so that the next call is automatically scheduled in a week from the initial call or follow up calls are done once a month.
Pre-call preparation. You need to understand the person or the company you are planning to talk to and the history of previous conversations. Lucky for you, Bitrix24 comes with free call recording, this means that you can actually listen to your previous call, if it was made through Bitrix24. Also, when making a phone call, the name of the person you are calling is clearly displayed and there’s a comment section available as well.
If you are using sales scripts, these can be easily integrated via marketplace apps. After the calls are completed, you can analyze the calls individually or in-bulk. For example, CRM reports in Bitrix24 can help you understand how many calls it takes to make a sale on average or how much revenue do you generate from 1000 calls.
