Odoo, formerly known and OpenERP and TinyERP, is an open source ERP and CRM vendor that has been steadily growing in popularity since its launch in 2005. It comes with an impressive set of tools and Odoo reviews are overwhelmingly positive.
There are a couple of drawbacks to Odoo. First, Odoo mobile apps are available to the Enterprise plan subsribers only, you won't get them on Free plan. Second, while Odoo Community is free with limited options available, on Odoo Enterprise each additional app (module) costs from 6-24 euros per month. That gets to be expensive fast (separate modules for crm, sales, invoicing, inventory, point of sales, marketing automation, approvals, etc. - some modules cannot be purchased alone, e.g. website module is required in case you want to add events module).
So, if you are looking for a free OpenERP alternative, Bitrix24 is what you need.
