Dear Bitrix24 users,
Today we are happy inform you that we've added a new Knowledge Base (beta) to all cloud accounts. The knowledge base is an excellent tool for storing and sharing the information relating to a specific subject.
To create a knowledge base, all you need to do is select a knowledge base template and edit its blocks, add videos and images. It's as easy as creating a Bitrix24 site or a landing page.
There are two types of knowledge bases you can create:
Company knowledge base
- rules, instructions, FAQ and other information that all the employees need to have access to.
Workgroup (project) knowledge base - a knowledge base in any workgroup or project that only workgroup members have access to.
You can also configure company knowledge bases access permissions.
