Description
Ingenico Integration helps sales teams collect invoice payments faster without leaving their usual Bitrix24 process. It lets you use Ingenico for Bitrix24-generated invoices and send a payment link to the client through a familiar payment system.
Why businesses use it
When invoice payment takes too many steps, deals can slow down and follow-ups get harder to control. This integration gives teams a direct way to send clients to payment, helping move invoices forward with less delay.
Business value
• Speed up invoice payment collection in Bitrix24
• Give clients a familiar online payment option
• Reduce friction when sending payment requests to customers
• Keep payment-related work inside the Bitrix24 sales process
Common use cases
• Create a Bitrix24 invoice and send the payment link to a client
• Let clients pay Bitrix24-generated invoices online through Ingenico
• Use payment methods for legacy invoices linked to contacts or companies
• Use payment methods for new invoice types issued from deals
• Configure which payment method subtypes are available for different invoice contexts
How it works
After installation from Bitrix24 Market, you authorize the app with your Ingenico Merchant ID, API Key ID, Secret API Key, API URL, subdomain, purchase country, purchase locale, and currency. Then you sel ect the payment methods and subtypes you want to use, including options for Contact (Invoice), Company (Invoice), Contact (Order), and Company (Order), and you can edit the title and description for each subtype. The app works with Bitrix24 commercial plans only. Free plan users can test it during the trial period and then need to upgrade to a commercial subscription.
