The app works with Bitrix24 commercial plans only.
Free plan users can test it during the trial period and then upgrade to a commercial subscription.

Version 2
Zapier integration version 2.0 allows for Bitrix24 CRM to create, update and delete entities from external third-party services and apps. The app now tracks events when entities are created, updated and deleted inside Bitrix24 CRM. Additionally, search feature is now available inside individual CRM entities.
This version also supports custom user fields as well as multiple fields with phone numbers, emails, websites, messengers.
New version also properly assigns stages and statuses to CRM entities.

- triggers actions in other apps and services when Bitrix24 leads, contacts, companies, invoices or deals are created, edited or deleted;
- creates, updates or deletes leads, contacts, companies, invoices or deals in Bitrx24 as a result of actions in other services or apps.

Complete standard installation from Bitrix24.Market and proceed with the following steps:

  1. Install the application.
  2. Follow Get invite link (work with CRM)
  3. Click button "Accept Invite & Build a Zap"
  4. Click button "Make a Zap!"
  5. Create a zap that you need to use
  6. When creating a Zap, enter the URL Bitrix24 (with HTTPS prefix) portal and log in to Bitrix24
