TrackOlap connects your Bitrix24 account to TrackOlap, a field force and workforce management platform. It helps sales and service teams manage leads in Bitrix24 and coordinate field operations through TrackOlap, eliminating duplicate data entry and keeping both platforms in sync.
Key FeaturesEmployee Mapping
Administrators can map Bitrix24 users to their corresponding TrackOlap employees. Suggested matches are available where possible, and mappings are confirmed by the administrator to ensure tasks are assigned to the right employees.
Lead Synchronization
New and updated Bitrix24 leads are synced to TrackOlap as customers. The association between each lead and its TrackOlap customer is maintained to keep related activities connected.
Task Synchronization
Tasks linked to leads in Bitrix24 are synced to TrackOlap and assigned to the mapped employee. Employees can access their assigned tasks and associated customer information through the TrackOlap mobile app.
Completion Updates
When an employee completes a task in TrackOlap, the corresponding Bitrix24 task is marked as Completed, and completion details are synced back to Bitrix24.
Two-Way Synchronization
Customers created in TrackOlap can be synced to Bitrix24 as leads, and tasks created in TrackOlap can be synced to Bitrix24 as tasks.
