WhatsApp Web for Bitrix24 - WhatCetra

Integrate WhatCetra with Bitrix24 through which you can send WhatsApp messages fr om your CRM. Have complete WhatsApp conversations without any hindrances with the help of the features listed below.

- Send WhatsApp messages

Go to any Lead, Contact or Deal. Sel ect WhatCetra fr om the panel on top. You can also include multiple contacts with the message. Click on 'Add Recipients' to enter the contact number to be added. Enter your message, and include templates, User Fields, Lead/Contact/Deal and emojis fields if required. Send the message.

- Send Bulk Messages

Fr om the menu on the left, click on WhatsApp Web with WhatCetra. Click on 'Add Recipients' to and enter the required contact number along with the country code and click on 'Add'. Similarly, multiple contacts can be added to send a bulk message. Enter a default and select the settings for the same. Type in your message. Ins ert User Fields, templates and emojis. Click on 'Send WhatsApp'.

- Incoming Messages

Click on your profile within the extension interface. Select 'Incoming Messages' wh ere you can select the module to which new contacts are to be created for incoming messages.

- Manage Users

The Bitrix24 admin can enable multiple users to connect to their WhatCetra account. The admin can add and remove the required users.

- Message Templates

Create and use message templates to send pre-defined WhatsApp messages. Click on 'Insert Template' within the extension interface to view and use the created templates. In order to create a new template, click on '+Add New Template'. You can now create templates containing placeholders and emojis. Edit or delete templates whenever required.

- Send Attachments

You can send media files such as images, documents and videos along with your message. Click on 'Attach File' within the application interface to upload the media. Send the messages containing attachments.
