Description
Available in Brazil only. The application interface and support are provided exclusively in Brazilian Portuguese.
Sales and operations teams can prepare documents and track signatures within the CRM deal. Open the Assinafy tab or the Sign with Assinafy action above the deal timeline. Upload a PDF or use an Assinafy or Bitrix24 CRM template.
Choose email or A1/A3 digital-certificate signing for each recipient. Certificates require the holder’s numeric CPF/CNPJ and a separate sequential step for every signer. Review the fields, recipients, signing methods, costs, order and optional expiry before sending invitations.
Each user connects an authorized Assinafy workspace and works with their own CRM permissions. Refresh the status and download the certified PDF after all signatures are complete.
The connector is free and requires an account with the external Assinafy service. Assinafy offers free and paid plans; features and additional credits may incur charges.

Additional terms
Requires an Assinafy account and authorized workspace, and a Bitrix24 Cloud plan with active REST API and application access through Vibe+ or another valid entitlement. Templates require appropriate permissions in Assinafy or the Bitrix24 document generator.
A1/A3 requires the digital-certificate feature enabled in the workspace, the signer’s compatible certificate and matching numeric CPF/CNPJ. The certificate is used within Assinafy’s signing environment. Alphanumeric CNPJ is not supported by this integration.
Document requests may consume documents and credits under the selected Assinafy plan. A1/A3 consumes two credits per certificate signer, in addition to documents and other plan charges. The certificate-credit total is shown before confirmation.
PDFs up to 20 MiB, one to twenty distinct signers and up to one hundred contacts linked to the deal. Assinafy templates with copy recipients are not supported. Requests with a certificate use one signer per sequential step. Users request status updates. The app does not automatically change deal stages.
The Assinafy connector can be customer-hosted for use with Bitrix24 Cloud. This requires its own HTTPS origin, MySQL 8.4 LTS database, encryption key and Bitrix24 and Assinafy OAuth registrations. The operator provides its own support channels and legal documents.
