Description
WhatsApp via Gupshup is for sales and support teams that want official WhatsApp Business API conversations inside Bitrix24 Contact Center (Open Channels).
Customers write on WhatsApp. Agents reply in Conversations. The connector sends messages both ways through the Gupshup account you already own — including text, media, templates, and voice notes.
You keep your own WhatsApp number and Gupshup project. Meta and Gupshup bill you separately. This application only connects that number to Bitrix24.
A 7-day free trial of the connector starts at install. After that, subscribe in Contact Center ($14/month or $150/year, billed by Stripe). If the trial or subscription ends, WhatsApp sending and receiving through this connector pause until you subscribe again.
Install requires a Bitrix24 administrator and a plan that includes Contact Center. After install, open Contact Center → WhatsApp via Gupshup, enter Gupshup credentials, and paste the webhook URL into Gupshup.
