What Admins Can See Inside Bitrix24

Dashboard Total employees, active rate, and average productivity score for today. Real-time count of active, idle, and offline employees. Total screenshots taken today and average screen time. Automatic low productivity alerts when team performance drops.

Team Full employee list with live status badges — active, idle, offline. Click any employee to view their individual productivity score, working hours, and daily summary.

Attendance Automatic check-in and check-out times for every employee. Total hours worked per employee per day. Present vs absent count for any selected date. Historical attendance — go back to any previous date.

Activity Log Complete log of apps and websites used by each employee. Time spent on each app, automatically classified as productive or unproductive. Full activity timeline for any selected working day.

Screenshots Periodic screenshots captured automatically from employee machines throughout the day. Every screenshot has a timestamp showing the exact time of capture. Click any screenshot to view it in full size inside Bitrix24.

Data Exchange

WorkEye Integration works as a live data viewer and also lets admins push WorkEye data directly into Bitrix24 Shared Drive as structured PDF reports.

Live data retrieved from WorkEye and displayed inside Bitrix24:

Sync to Bitrix24 — Push Reports to Bitrix24 Shared Drive:

Admins can sync WorkEye data to Bitrix24 at any time using the Sync page inside the integration. Three report types can be synced individually or all at once:

• Dashboard Report — A full summary of today's employee stats including active rate, productivity scores, screen time, idle time, and team-wide performance overview, saved as a PDF to Bitrix24 Shared Drive.
  
• Employees Report — A complete team roster with each employee's name, position, department, status, and productivity score for the day, saved as a PDF to Bitrix24 Shared Drive.
  
• Attendance Report — Punch-in and punch-out times, total hours worked, and attendance status for every employee, saved as a PDF to Bitrix24 Shared Drive.
  

All synced reports are saved to a dedicated WorkEye Reports folder inside Bitrix24 Shared Drive and can be opened or downloaded directly from Bitrix24. A full sync history log is maintained inside the integration, showing the status, timestamp, and file link for every sync — retained for 30 days.

No employee data is stored or modified by WorkEye Integration. All data remains on your WorkEye account and is simply displayed live inside Bitrix24 or pushed on demand as reports.

How to Test:

Open the URL above. Enter the login credentials and click Login. Dashboard will load with live employee data. Check left sidebar — Current Plan card shows active subscription. Click Team to see all employees. Click Attendance to view today's attendance. Click Activity Log to see employee activity and also captured screenshots of their screen. Click Sync to Bitrix in the sidebar to push Dashboard, Employees, and Attendance reports to Bitrix24 Shared Drive.

Data Security
