Background

Infinite-Data LLC was founded nearly nine years ago by two startup founders with a vision to modernize how public agencies manage capital improvement planning and budgeting. We built Easy CIP from the ground up and began selling into the U.S. market, working directly with cities, counties, school districts, and utilities.
Today, Easy CIP helps agencies manage capital plans, budgets, grants, project submissions, and claims in one connected environment. As we scaled nationally and expanded our customer base, we needed a CRM and sales platform that could grow with us and support a long, relationship-driven public sector sales cycle.

Challenge

As a growing GovTech startup, we needed a cost-effective CRM that could handle deal and opportunity tracking, marketing campaigns, outbound sales, and team collaboration without requiring multiple disconnected systems.
