1. CRM integrated with Google Analytics

You can now integrate your CRM with Google Analytics. All events, like filling the form or completing a purchase, will be synched between your Google Analytics account and Bitrix24.

2. Analytical reports inside CRM

Bitrix24 now comes with default and custom CRM reports. You can analyze sales, activities, conversion rates, sales velocity, deal pipelines and so on. For your convenience, we’ve created a set for most popular reports under CRM-Settings-Reports. However, you can still perform custom CRM data analysis as necessary.

3. Marketing analysis inside CRM

Sales Intelligence is a new module that tracks each marketing channel and automatically calculates ROI for those channels. Integrations are available for Google Adwords, Facebook Ads and other popular advertising services. This is how Sales Intelligence works. First, you need to create online and offline marketing channels. An example of online marketing channel is Facebook or Google. Once you create online channel, you set a two-way integration between it and Bitrix24. This way you’ll know that a certain lead or deal has started with Google or Facebook ad, and our CRM will know how much it costs. Then our CRM will compare it to sales generated for the lead or the deal and produce ROI calculation. This way you’ll know how much it costs to attract new clients and how much profit (or losses) they generate for you. Sales Intelligence also works with offline channels (like trade shows), however, you’ll need to add your costs manually for ROI calculations.
