Now you can integrate Google Analytics account with a CRM system. All events, like filling the form or completing a purchase, will be synchronized between your Google Analytics account and Bitrix24.
Bitrix24 comes with built-in customizable CRM reports. You can evaluate sales improvement, agent’s efficiency, conversion rates, sales velocity, deal pipelines and so on. For your convenience, we’ve created a set of templates for most popular reports under CRM-Settings-Reports. However, you still can perform tailored CRM data analysis as necessary.
Another brilliant feature that Bitrix24 offers is a Sales Intelligence. It is a module that tracks every marketing channel and automatically calculates ROI from those channels. Integrations are available with Google AdWords, Facebook Ads and other popular advertising services. So how does Sales Intelligence work? First, you need to create online and offline marketing channels. An example of online marketing channel is Facebook or Google. Once you create online channel, you set a two-way integration between it and Bitrix24. This way you’ll see that a certain lead or deal has started with Google or Facebook ad, and our CRM will calculate the price of it. Then the CRM will compare it with sales generated for a lead or a deal and manage amount of ROI. Sales Intelligence also works with offline channels (like trade shows), however, you’ll need to add your costs manually for ROI calculations.
