Bitrix24 is a free CRM with calendar and appointment scheduling. You decide where you want to use our calendar integrations (Google Calendar, Outlook, Mac, iPhone, Android) or schedule appointments with Bitrix24 calendars directly, which is what we recommend.

If you choose our calendars, you’ll get unlimited shared calendars with flexible access rights, meaning you can set appointments for yourself, or you can have different person (secretary, virtual assistant, office manager) do appointments for others. Time zone settings are supported as well.

Bitrix24 calendars and CRM support repeat events, client birthdays and custom reminders. Daily planner, weekly and monthly view are supported. Not only you can schedule phone calls, you can make the phone calls directly from inside Bitrix24 as well (these phone calls will be logged and recorded, if necessary). If you use tasks in Bitrix24, they can be displayed in your calendar as well. Group calendars are supported as well.
