The fact that in Bitrix24 CRM and soft phone are already integrated, gives you a number of advantages, other than you can call with just one click. First, all phone calls are logged, recorded (if necessary) and upended to CRM records. If an existing client calls your phone number, he or she will be automatically connected with a manager responsible for this account. The manager will see client card on the computer and will be able to greet the client by name. CRM managers can also view entire CRM history for this client during the conversation.

If you want to integrate third party softphones and PBX with Bitrix24 (Zoiper, 3CX, Asterisk, FreePBX, Elastix, etc), you can do so via Bitrix24 SIP connector.
