How it works

Install the app from Bitrix24.Market using the standard installation process. No additional app setup is required, but after installation you need to sign in to an existing Ingenico account or register a new personal Ingenico account, then enter the account details in the app and save them to start processing payments. Four payment systems are created automatically: CRM companies for legal entities, CRM contact for private entities, Companies Order for online store legal entities, and Contacts Order for online store private entities. The app works with Bitrix24 commercial plans only; Free plan users can test it during the trial period and then upgrade to a commercial subscription.

I already create invoices in Bitrix24. Can my clients pay them with Carte Bancaire?

Yes. Create an invoice in Bitrix24, send the link to the client, and the client can pay through Carte Bancaire.

Do I need complex setup before I can start?

No. The app uses the standard Bitrix24.Market installation process and does not require additional app setup, but you do need an Ingenico account to process payments.

We work with both companies and private customers. Does this app support both?
