Description

Whats-SE integrates WhatsApp with Bitrix24 through Open Channels and the Contact Center. Send and receive messages and files, keep full conversation history, and manage everything from the "Whats-SE Admin" menu item. Advanced plans add message templates, bulk campaigns, segmentation and CRM automations.
Whats-SE is a paid external service by Sales Engine, with a 20-day free trial (Start and Business). See plans and pricing at https://salesengine.cloud/whatsse#plans. WhatsApp message costs (Meta Cloud API) are billed by Meta and not included.

Installation instructions

Click Install (Bitrix24 account admin).
The app sets up the connection and the "Whats-SE Admin" menu item.
Open Whats-SE Admin → Settings and connect a WhatsApp number (QR or Meta Cloud API).
Your 20-day free trial starts on install; subscribe in the Subscription tab to keep using it.
