Description
Mapy.com Company Map puts a Mapy.com map on the Bitrix24 company card and a route planner in the left menu. You look up an address, save the coordinates on the company, pick stops from the CRM and save the route as GPX. You do not enter a Mapy.com key. Calls go through the vJednom server and the key stays there.

What you get
- Map on the company card. The Mapy.com tab shows the map, the address, and buttons to open the same place on Mapy.com and to start navigation.
- Address suggester. Search by street, town or place. When an administrator allows it, the chosen address is written to the company's details and the coordinates to the Latitude and Longitude custom fields.
- Coordinates. Installation creates the Latitude and Longitude custom fields. The map uses them when they are filled in.
- Route planner. Pick stops from CRM companies, and from activities, deals and leads that point at a company. The app calculates the order, and you can save the route as GPX with the stop names. The menu item is called "Route planner".
- Czech and English for the whole Bitrix24 account. An administrator sets the language, or it follows the Bitrix24 account.
What you need
- Bitrix24 with CRM. Bitrix24 Cloud or Self-hosted with the REST API.
- A Bitrix24 administrator to install the app.
- No Mapy.com account and no Mapy.com key. Mapy.com is not billed separately.
Access permissions
- Installation and settings: Bitrix24 administrator.
- Other users open the company tab and the planner. They see only the CRM items their access permissions allow.
Limitations
- A route calculation handles up to about ten points, including the start and the destination.
- One interface language applies to the whole Bitrix24 account.
- The app does not embed into the Bitrix24 mobile application until that has been tried on a phone. The company tab in the browser is the supported place.
- The licence covers the whole app. The company map is not a separate free part.
Pricing
- 30 days free from the first installation on a Bitrix24 account. Installing the app again does not restart the trial. Uninstall does not delete the trial and payment record.
- When the trial ends, access to the app stops. After a paid period, access continues for 7 more days and then stops. Those seven days are not added to the end of the trial itself.
- After the trial: EUR 120 per year (EUR 10 per month) or EUR 14 per month. The same license in Czech koruna is CZK 3,000 per year (CZK 250 per month) or CZK 350 per month. Prices exclude VAT.
- You order at https://mapy.vjednom.cz/en/order/ (prices on https://mapy.vjednom.cz/en/#pricing) and receive an invoice from vJednom s.r.o. We activate the subscription once payment is received.
- Mapy.com is not billed separately.
