Background

Being one of the pioneer energy regulators in the Southern African region, Energy Regulation Board (ERB) seeks to efficiently regulate the energy sector to achieve sustainable, reliable, and quality energy products and services.

Challenge

ERB's main challenge was efficient document management and collaboration between various employees and departments. The company was looking for a comprehensive solution to its problems, the one that would be able not only to improve collaboration, but also increase work efficiency.
