Global Advisory Alliance is an invitation-only network of independent advisory firms, founded in 2025 to connect senior experts in governance, sustainability, and transformation across global markets.

Challenge

As a distributed network of advisors operating across multiple countries, we needed a platform that could organise communication, projects, and collaboration in one place. Email threads and separate tools created fragmentation and made it harder to coordinate work across teams and regions. We were looking for a solution that could support structured collaboration, manage projects, centralise communication, and provide a clear overview of ongoing activities across the alliance.
