Background

The Bitrix24 platform was discovered thanks to the suggestion of Automatiking (coincidentally, a Bitrix24 partner), who at the time had been commissioned by us to create a business management system that could be as automated as possible. We started from scratch because we had almost no knowledge of Bitrix24 before using it.

Challenge

Challenge #1: we wanted to be able to create a single dashboard where the various employees from different departments could manage such workflows as lead acquisition, work planning and control of results, in a way that's uniform and automated.
Challenge #2 was to create a management system that would also allow remote control, tracking, and management of the team's work.

Solution

Bitrix24 has managed to solve our challenges, because, first of all, it has offered a platform with an internal communication system and therefore all the staff, who previously communicated via WhatsApp, email etc., switched to a single tool – Bitrix24.
Furthermore, the possibility of creating different pipelines and setting up automations has simplified and optimized everyone's work, creating automatic tasks (such as sending emails to customers, sending reminders of imminent deadlines and much more).
Task management has also become easier in terms of assigning high-priority tasks, helping is to ensure they were completed on time.
Finally, the possibility of having real-time statistics on sales trends, individual performances and an infinite number of other data has allowed us to optimize resources and orient ourselves towards successful processes, discarding unprofitable sources.
