Even though I'm not a developer, I was asked to step in as a member of our mobilization team to get our department set up.

What I have found using Bitrix24 is that it is very user-friendly and very flexible. We were able to create what we wanted for our department, and we have found that it has allowed us to combine a lot of different programs that we were using into one resource. So, it's been a great tool for our team.
