Today we are excited to introduce several cool workflow automation updates in Bitrix24 CRM to improve workflow management, boost accuracy, and streamline business processes.

In Bitrix24, workflow events are now conveniently displayed in the timeline, highlighting key actions that need attention. This feature allows to efficiently manage tasks, review comments, and monitor progress directly within the CRM, leading to better organization and increased productivity.

What is more, Bitrix24 introduces the option to stop automation rules at a certain stage, offering the flexibility to interrupt scheduled sequences when necessary, allowing for greater control and adaptability in workflow management.

There is also a cool option to review the results of completed workflows for future reference. For instance, a contract approval workflow can create a document that can be downloaded and shared with your clients, enhancing process efficiency and client interactions.
