Midtrans helps sales and finance teams collect invoice payments without leaving Bitrix24. It is built for businesses that issue invoices in Bitrix24 and want customers to pay through Midtrans. This keeps payment status updated in CRM and reduces manual follow‑up.
Why businesses use it
When invoices are paid outside the CRM, teams spend time tracking payments and updating records. This integration keeps payments tied to Bitrix24 invoices and updates status automatically.
Business value
• Faster invoice payments with a direct Midtrans option
• Less manual payment tracking in CRM
• Clearer invoice status after payment confirmation
• Flexible payment method setup by invoice type
Common use cases
• Send Bitrix24 invoice links and accept Midtrans payments
• Enable payment methods for contacts and companies
• Use payment methods for deal‑based invoices and online store orders
• Configure payment subtypes per invoice type
How it works
Install the app from Bitrix24.Market, enter Merchant ID and Server Key, and choose the mode (Production or Sanitize) and 3D Secure option, then save. Select payment subtypes and configure methods; you can edit method settings only after disabling the integration. Company/Contact (Invoice) are legacy subtypes, while Company/Contact (Order) are for deal‑based invoices and online store orders. Method titles and descriptions are shared across all subtypes. The app works with Bitrix24 commercial plans only. Free plan users can test it during the trial period and then upgrade to a commercial subscription.
FAQ
We need to collect payments for deal‑based invoices. Is that supported?
Yes. Use Company/Contact (Order) for new deal‑based invoices and online store orders.
We want to change payment method settings after saving. How do we do it?
Disable the integration first, then update the settings.
We need different names for each payment subtype. Is that possible?
No. Titles and descriptions are shared across all four payment subtypes.
