CRM Pilot helps sales teams and managers turn everyday questions into useful answers and next steps in Bitrix24. Talk to it in a private Bitrix24 chat or keep it beside your work in a Chrome side panel.
Find the records that matter
Ask about leads, deals, contacts, companies and tasks using everyday language. Follow up in the same conversation, open linked records and request charts when the available dataset supports them.
Research your next opportunity
Ask CRM Pilot to find companies in a city or industry using public web search. Review linked sources, then ask it to create the CRM records you need. Public research and AI answers can be inaccurate, so verify important information before acting on it.
Move work forward
Create or edit supported leads, deals, contacts, companies and tasks when your administrator grants the necessary permissions. For example, ask for a follow-up task or an edit to a deal. Delete operations are not supported.
Keep access under your control
Administrators choose employees and configure read, create or create-and-edit access for each entity. CRM Pilot enforces these limits on the server in addition to the employee’s own Bitrix24 permissions. Existing access defaults to read only. Each employee activates their own authorization by opening the app once.

Install the app as an administrator, complete the installation contact form, add an employee in Connections and configure their Permissions. The assigned employee opens CRM Pilot once and can then ask their first question.

Choose your channel
- Bitrix24 chat: message the CRM Pilot bot directly. No Chrome extension or key entry is required.
- Chrome side panel: connect using your personal employee key. Optionally attach the selected page’s URL and sanitized visible HTML after granting access to that specific HTTPS site. Scripts, hidden fields and input values are excluded.

The current release is free to use and contains no in-app billing. Bitrix24 plan or Market subscription requirements may apply separately.
A Bitrix24 account with REST application access and Chatbots 2.0 support is required. Installation and employee configuration require an administrator. Each employee must activate their own Bitrix24 authorization.
The optional Chrome extension is supplied as a ZIP from the CRM Pilot website. Install it using Chrome Developer mode and Load unpacked. It is not currently distributed through the Chrome Web Store; your organization may restrict unpacked extensions. Bitrix24 chat can be used without the extension.
AI answers, public research and generated record updates require human review. Permissions authorize supported actions; a separate confirmation dialog is not shown for every write. Uncertain write outcomes are not automatically replayed. Check the record and activity status before repeating an instruction.
First name, last name, work email and phone are required during installation for setup and support. They are stored in EMCsoft’s support CRM. This form does not subscribe you to marketing. See the Privacy Policy and EULA for data processing and service terms.
