Background

Centre VR is responsible for the creation of the UKs largest virtual reality centres to facilitate learning, business and leisure activities.

Challenge

We needed a place where all of our information could be stored and accessed. In addition to that, we wanted to have a single easy way to communicate and collaborate with internal and external contacts, and a CRM that could handle all the different customer types.

Solution

We found ourselves using more and more features of Bitrix24 as we learned its capabilities. Even our phone system and call recordings now. We also use the task and planning facilities as we grow across the UK. Bitrix24 is a comprehensive suite of so many tools simply not found in one place in other solutions.
