Dear Bitrix24 users,
As you know, Bitrix24 offers plenty of third-party applications and integrations for your account.
Thanks to the new Statistics tool in the Developer resources section (find in the left menu), now there is an option to evaluate the load the third-party applications and integrations in your Bitrix24 account. This way you can see the number of requests for each application, integration or webhook, and in case the graph shows that a certain application is causing the high load for no apparent reason, it may be high time to contact the integration developer to report a bug or a need to optimize the app.
For instance, if the report shows the PBX app is sending thousands of REST requests per day, you can then study the issue in more detail: filter the application to see the data, check out how many CRM companies it selects per day and compare it to the number of calls that were actually made. In case the number of REST requests highly exceeds the number of actual calls, that should ring the bell for a need to contact the integration developer.
