File Management Interface Updated

We have update file management interface in Feed messages, CRM and Tasks. Here is what has changed:
- bigger action icons with names
- drag'n'drop files to add them
- configure if document editing, photo collage or new document are allowed in settings.
- create a photo collage in comments
- create docx, xlsx, and pptx files directly in messages
- file action menu for files added to the message
