We are happy to inform you that AI Scoring is available in Bitrix24 CRM.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Scoring option analyzes the existing data in Bitrix24 CRM and shows the probability of winning a lead or a deal. It can also show which events influence the probability of winning leads or deals the most.

Artificial intelligence ranks potential customers according to predetermined criteria and determines the value of each customer. This way the managers may priorities their interactions with customers and understand which steps to take for a successful lead to deal conversion.

AI Scoring uses the existing data. The more data you have stored, the more precise the forecast will be.
