Bitrix24 Integrations

Description

When your clients contact you via the Line app, your Bitrix24 automatically generates leads and contacts for each client.

Note: all Line messenger files are stored in a separate general folder on Bitrix24 Drive (Company drive).

The app works with Bitrix24 commercial plans only.
Free plan users can test it during the trial period and then upgrade to a commercial subscription.

The application requests access to the following data:

Drive

full access: view, create, edit and delete storages, folders and files

Open Channels

full access: view, create, edit and delete connectors; view and edit Open Channel settings; manage Open Channel agents etc.

Users (minimum)

read user list and names without contact information

Chat and Notifications

full access: view, create, edit and delete chats and messages; connect users to chats; edit chats; read all chat messages
