Ask a supplier for a price without turning them into a customer.
The problem. Bitrix24 only lets you email the contact or company linked to a deal. When you need a price fr om a supplier, a quote from a subcontractor or an opinion from a surveyor, your options are to write from a personal mailbox — leaving the deal telling half the story — or to add them to the CRM as a customer, which corrupts your customer list and your reporting.
What MailAnyone does. It adds a tab inside the Lead and Deal detail forms. From there you write to any address, with Cc, with attachments taken either from your computer or from the files already on the record.
- Templates that fill themselves from the record's own fields — deal title, stage, amount, client name, email, phone — and from your Bitrix24's own custom fields, read live from your CRM under their real labels. A field you created yesterday works today, without waiting for an upd ate from us. Any field left empty is shown to you as a marked gap before you send, rather than discovered afterwards by the supplier.
- Every message in the timeline, as its own entry, so colleagues who never open the tab still see the whole story. Files land in Bitrix Drive.
- Replies come back to the same conversation, with their attachments, and the person responsible for the record is notified in Bitrix chat.
Oversight, stated plainly. A director can se t a hidden BCC — globally, per category, or per employee. The employee sending the message never sees it, in the form or afterwards.
Security. Message bodies, subjects, addresses, your mailbox password and attachments are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. The app reads a record using the signed-in user's own Bitrix permissions: if the CRM denies them access, so do we. Everything is logged in an audit trail available to portal administrators, and because the correspondence sits on the record rather than in one person's mailbox, it stays with the company when that person leaves. Uninstalling the app deletes the portal's data and its stored files.
What you need. Your own mailbox, with SMTP for sending and IMAP for reading replies — the app never routes your correspondence through our servers. A test button verifies the connection while you configure it.
Pricing. $15 a month, or $150 a year, per Bitrix24 account rather than per user. Everyone in the company can use it for that one price, and the annual plan is ten months' money for twelve months' use. There is a 7-day free trial and it does not ask for a card: install it, connect a mailbox and start writing. If you do not subscribe when the trial ends, sending stops — your history, templates and supplier list stay wh ere they are and stay readable. We do not read the rest of your mail. This is worth stating plainly, because an app with IMAP access to your mailbox could read everything in it. This one does not. Each time it checks for replies it asks your server for message headers only, and downloads a message body only when those headers prove it belongs to a conversation you started from a record. For everything else — your invoices, your internal mail, your private correspondence — it keeps the message's technical identifier and nothing else: no sender, no subject, no body, no copy.
Limitations, honestly. The app does not send from Bitrix's own mail system and does not touch your customers' email threads. Reply matching relies on standard email threading headers; a supplier who starts a brand-new message instead of replying is attached to the record but flagged for your review rather than silently trusted. Interface available in 17 languages, Arabic included, laid out right to left.
