Bitrix24 can easily be integrated with your PBX (Asterisk, FreePBX, 3CX and others) via SIP connector or you can rent toll free, local and international phone numbers in 43 different countries from inside your Bitrix24 account (integration not necessary). Call scripts, call back requests are supported via marketplace apps. API for telephony is available and is free.
