Dear Bitrix24 users,
If you are using Bitrix24 Contact Center for client communication and have several agents, there is a cool option to configure extension numbers for each of your agents. This way your customers will be able to contact the specific agent by dialing their extension number in case they have contacted the agent before and need to connect with them again in future. This option will allow your customers save time and quickly contact the very agent they need.
There is also an option for your agents to call the client's extension number. To do so, your agent will have to fill in the phone number of a client and their extension number directly in the CRM element form once to call them in future using their phone number and the extension.
