We are happy to inform you that now it is possible to connect Zoiper softphone to Bitrix24.

You can use a softphone to make voice calls via the Internet. You can also use a softphone instead of a regular VoIP phone to save money on telephony services as you don't need any additional equipment besides your cell phone or computer with the internet connection.

This option is especially useful and convenient when providing call center services with a large number of agents, as there is no need to buy additional hardware for each agent.
