Connect your WhatsApp directly to Bitrix24 and manage all your conversations in one place.

WhatsApp Connector is being prepared for WhatsApp usernames support.

With WhatsApp Connector, your team can serve customers via WhatsApp without leaving the CRM — with full chat history, automations, and queue-based routing.

What you can do:

• Receive and reply to messages within Bitrix24 Open Channels
• Send and receive audio, images, videos, and documents
• Edit and delete messages sent via WhatsApp
• Start WhatsApp conversations directly from a Contact, Lead, or Deal
• Connect multiple WhatsApp numbers for different teams or departments
• Automatically identify contacts by phone number

Installation instructions
  1. Go to the Bitrix24 Market and install WhatsApp Connector
  2. After installation, go to Open Channels in Bitrix24 and create or select a service queue
  3. In the app menu, click "New Session" and scan the QR Code with your WhatsApp
  4. Link the session to the desired Open Channel
  5. Done - your WhatsApp is now connected to Bitrix24

To start a conversation manually, open any Contact, Lead, or Deal in the CRM and click the WhatsApp Connector tab.
