Bitrix24 is a free CRM with VoIP telephony that requires no integration. Unlike other CRM systems that require extensive (and expensive) efforts in order to make it work with your telephony, in Bitrix24 you will be able to set up your future call center in just 30 seconds.
With our telephony, you can rent local, international and toll-free numbers in 43 different countries, or keep your current number and connect your PBX/VoIP system to Bitrix24 via SIP trunk. Bitrix24 works with SIP/VoIP phone sets and softphones.
Importantly, all calls to and from CRM are logged, recorded, if necessary, and are automatically routed to a manager assigned to that lead or client. Calls can also be rerouted, queued and responded with canned replies. Missed incoming can be collected and converted to leads automatically to process them later. Business hours, recorded messages, on-hold music, various other communication channels and other parts of Bitrix24 CRM are fully customizable. Bitrix24 is available in the cloud and on-premise with open source code access that you can modify.
