As you know, Bitrix24 CRM offers a large number of cool tools, as well as automation rules and triggers in workflows. You can automate you daily CRM routine using Actions in business processes.

There is a whole list of actions that can be performed within Bitrix24 CRM, that includes actions to: create new company or new contact, change responsible person, create using source, get CRM data, send email, schedule a call or a meeting, create new deal or new lead, change status and many other useful actions.
