Change client name format in CRM

Dear Bitrix24 users,

By default, the client name format in leads and contacts is set as a First name Last name format. Even if the Second name and Salutation fields are completed, you will still see the default format.

But you can easily change the client name format to the one you need both for leads and contacts in your CRM. To do so, please go to CRM > Settings > Other > Other Settings > Format  > Client name format.
