We understand that when working with the CRM database, different departments or separate employees might need to see different fields in the CRM profiles. These profiles should be customized according to the needs of each department and type of work. For instance, contact center agents collect contact details to communicate with clients in future. Sales agents work with leads and need to schedule meetings with clients, have quick access to pricing and order details. And there are other departments in a company that may require individually configured CRM fields for a quick and easy access and further processing.
From now on you can fully customize CRM profile views and assign these views to all users, separate departments or employees individually. This option is called Custom profile view, and you can add new views for leads, deals, contacts and companies, choose employees each pipeline stage or separate departments, edit or delete previously created and configured form views, or go back to default settings with Standard profile view for all employees in case it works better for you.
