Tryton is more commonly referred to as an enterprise resource planning solution, whereas CRM is only one of its integrated features. However, in terms of which particular tools customers can employ, there is no further information provided by the vendor, besides that some CRM features can be found in the modules other than CRM.

To be more specific, opportunity management tools can be found in the sales module, while the contact book is stored in the party module, designed specifically to manage information about people and organizations. These features can be linked to CRM, but such structure becomes unnecessarily too complex to handle.

By now it is obvious that Tryton isn't the best alternative for enterprises looking for a straightforward and sophisticated CRM solution, as it doesn't come any closer to what Bitrix24 can offer.
