RingCentral is an intuitive platform for voice, video meetings, team messaging, and collaboration.
The integration app allows you to take and place calls from Bitrix24 using RingCentral app.
The call time, duration, and recordings get mapped to your CRM client records after a call is finished.
Prior to configuring the integration app make sure that your RingCentralplan includes access to APIs.

The app works with Bitrix24 commercial plans only.
Free plan users can test it during the trial period and then upgrade to a commercial subscription.

Data security
RingCentral Telephony
The application requests access to the following data:
CRM
full access: view, create, edit and delete leads, contacts, companies, deals, invoices, quotes, activities, user fields etc.
Telephony
restricted access: view, create, edit and delete outgoing call lines; search CRM clients by phone number; view, create, edit and delete SIP lines; manage call info pane and view call statistics
Users (minimum)
read user list and names without contact information
Company structure
full access: view, create, edit and delete departments
Chat and Notifications
full access: view, create, edit and delete chats and messages; connect users to chats; edit chats; read all chat messages

Calls are not correctly transmitted to Bitrix, statistics do not correspond to reality, some of the records do not fall into the CRM. There is no technical support at all. Bitrix has been trying to fix the problem for six months, the result is zero
