The 10 Best Mobile CRMs

With so many companies moving to a remote structure, and more and more work moving from the desktop to the palm of your hand, mobile CRM apps have been inevitable for quite some time now.

1. Pipedrive

Pipedrive is a handy little app for small businesses who want a nice, easy interface with call and email synchronization — perfect for a mobile app. You can design your CRM process and focus on boosting deals.

Despite being one of the best mobile CRMs for small businesses, there are a few little difficulties within the app. Segmenting your contacts is still a bit difficult which isn’t great for more advanced marketing campaigns, and you don’t get too many extra features to take things to the next level.

2. Salesflare

Salesflare’s sales-focused CRM looks at quality, not quantity. It keeps things simple, without all the frills that the more costly CRMs offer, but it still packs a punch. Salesflare comes with a lot of automations to help you connect with your leads and boost your sales.

As with many of the CRMs in this list, one of the drawbacks is that it is quite costly. With its stripped-back feature list, this does become a bit of a problem when compared to more diverse apps like Bitrix24. For small businesses with small budgets, it’s hard to justify splashing the cash on limited tools.

3. Hubspot CRM

HubSpot’s cloud-based mobile CRM solution is super simple to use and it has a bunch of good integrations with other apps. Aside from being one of the best mobile CRMs on the market, HubSpot comes with real brand confidence. It has been around for a while and you know you’re getting a decent product.

On the downside, the premium version is quite pricey and you can’t contact support unless you have a premium account — so you have to be pretty confident in your skills if you want to stick with the free version.

4. Bitrix24 CRM

Bitrix24’s is one of the best mobile CRMs on the market, and you get a huge array of features for free! You can set up the entire journey from your phone, from CRM forms on your website to sealing the deal and keeping contacts sweet with video calls. Fill up your cloud-based customer database and let your team work with the same information from wherever they are in the world.

Integrations with social media channels like WhatsApp and Instagram mean you can go well beyond the traditional email and telephone communication.

5. Salesforce CRM

Salesforce is one of the biggest names in sales-focused CRMs, although it does have a price tag to match. You get a powerful tool in the palm of your hand with much the same performance as its desktop cousin.

They do have a range of pricings for every budget, but Salesforce can be overly complex for small and medium-sized businesses. One common thing to hear from users is “Salesforce is like a Ferrari”, but Ferraris can be pretty clumsy when driving around town.

6. Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM is quite well established as being among the best mobile CRMs out there. You get a decent range of features as well as some cool gamification options to keep your staff engaged. Customer-facing, you’ve got some great email marketing features, although you can’t set them up as part of a workflow unless you pay for the Professional version.

If you’re willing to go all-in with Zoho, you can integrate it with a load of other Zoho apps and get an entire ecosystem. However, with each app purchased separately, the cost of covering all areas of your business can leave a bitter taste in your mouth.

7. Spiro

Spiro aims to stake its claim among the best CRMs by killing the whole concept of customer relationship management. The idea is that it uses artificial intelligence automations to remove as much human memory as possible. It scrapes emails, voice recordings, and text to catch all those little bits you might miss if you’re too busy or just too tired.

Spiro is great for bigger companies who want to cut out time, but it’s not all rosy. At this stage, the AI-powered CRM is not fully reliable, with a lot of users complaining of missing or misassigned notes. Furthermore, the app version doesn’t have as many reports as you would hope.

8. Freshsales

One of the top CRM apps for mobile, Freshsales is forward-thinking and has good insights and forecasting that help you grow. The sleek interface works well, with customization options to make it work for you. Similarly, with voice note features, it has hit on a niche that has made it among the best CRMs for mobile users.

However, where Freshsales really disappoints is that you don’t get lead generation features until you’ve paid for the Enterprise (the fourth and final level) plan. This makes it a seriously expensive app when you can get the same tools for free at Bitrix24.

9. Zendesk Sell

Zendesk Sell will make you feel at one with your CRM. It combines power with simplicity and works extremely well in its mobile version. You get a bunch of features you don’t find everywhere, such as how many times your client views your emails. All of your files, emails, contracts, and communication records in one place — bingo!

On the flip side, many users report that its integrations aren’t too great, and quite a lot of the best features are just out of reach unless you’re willing to cough up a lot of cash.

10. Insightly

Insightly is nice and easy to use straight out of the box. You have some classic CRM features such as segmentation and you can create custom fields specific to your business. The reporting capabilities are quite advanced for an app of this price and you can collaborate on projects in the cloud.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t integrate too well with third-party apps, especially social media ones. This gives it a clunky feel that should really be resolved, and many users mention that updates are slow and technical support is poor.
