Bitrix24 supports most, if not all, standard HR workflows. Employees can request time off and specify leave type (such as vacation, sick leave, maternity leave, unpaid leave and so on). Approved leaves are automatically added to Absence calendar as well as employee calendar. Business trip requests are also automated. These workflows are available in Bitrix24 free for charge directly from the Activity Stream.
