Dear Bitrix24 users,
Today we'd like to introduce a new useful option - Deal merge
- that has been added to your Bitrix24 accounts.
We've added a new way to merge duplicate records in Bitrix24 CRM. If you have multiple sales people working in the company or you communicate with clients through different communication channels, you may sometimes need to merge several deals. For example, a client may have sent an email to you about buying a shirt, and then called you to specify the color or ask additional questions. As a result, you have two deals relating to the same client and product.
Now you may simply merge deals with all data stored inside a merged deal.
